The Metropolitan Police Department reported an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting in Northeast Washington, D.C. Officers responding to the 3300 block of 15th Street, NE, on August 13 found 36-year-old Mignon Brown-Massey with gunshot wounds, and she later died at the hospital, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
