
A traffic stop by Hillsborough County deputies led to the arrest of a four-time convicted felon after officers found drugs, ammunition, and cash. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, the stop occurred near West Hillsborough Avenue and Memorial Highway in Tampa on Tuesday.
Deputies identified the driver as 31-year-old Daniel Bunch, who initially provided a false name. A search of his vehicle revealed cocaine, marijuana packaged for sale, drug paraphernalia, ammunition, and more than $26,000 in cash.
Bunch faces multiple charges, including Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Sell, Manufacture, or Deliver, Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and Providing a False Name to a Law Enforcement Officer. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has not released further details about the stop.
