
A 15-year-old boy remains in a critical condition after a violent encounter left him stabbed and without his sneakers in Queens. The assault, which involved up to 13 suspects, took place at the intersection of 160 Street and Hillside Avenue at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, as confirmed by ABC7 New York. The attack began when a group of teenagers surrounded the victim and ensued an argument that quickly escalated into physical violence.
According to police reports detailed by PIX11 News, the boy was kicked, punched, and ultimately stabbed, with the assailants taking his sneakers valued at $340. After the suspects fled in an unknown direction, the victim, who attends Hillcrest High School, was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. Authorities are urgently searching for the suspects, all of whom have been described as wearing predominantly black clothing, and several donning face masks.
