Tesla has officially launched a new Collision Center in Glendale, right near the Luke Air Force Base, as part of its efforts to ramp up service capacity for electric vehicle (EV) owners in the area. The Glendale community and the surrounding West Valley region is now home to the latest Tesla facility, designed to provide advanced collision repair services to a growing Tesla-owning populace. According to details shared by the City of Glendale's official website, the center is set within The Base, a recently developed industrial complex by the Phoenix-based ViaWest Group.
Located a stone's throw away from the Air Force base, this new center aims to conveniently serve over 22,500 service members and their families. The strategic positioning is not only beneficial to support the military community but also to quickly meet the needs of the local residents of Glendale, an area experiencing dynamic growth and boasting a high density of Tesla vehicles. "This facility is representative of the kind of innovation we value here in Glendale," Mayor Jerry P. Weiers told the City of Glendale, expressing the city's pride in welcoming the Tesla Collision Center.
Tesla's Collision Centers are built with the promise of adherence to the highest standards of repair, serviced by factory-trained technicians who dutifully follow the company's rigorous Body Repair Program standards. Every vehicle that comes through the doors can expect nothing less than expert precision, with the exclusive use of original Tesla parts to maintain the vehicle's safety, integrity, and performance, as highlighted by Glendale's announcement.
Equipped with the latest technology to manage aluminum repairs and calibrate advanced driver-assistance systems, the Collision Center is poised to provide a seamless repair experience. To add to this blend of technology and convenience, Tesla has managed to fully streamline the repair process by integrating it into their mobile app, allowing customers to receive real-time updates on their vehicle’s repair status. Every repair issued from this facility will be backed by a lifetime warranty, as Tesla aims to solidly stand behind the longevity and quality of their service, as noted in the information obtained from the City of Glendale.
The opening of the Collision Center follows Tesla’s prior investment in the region with the establishment of a combined store, service, and delivery center on 93rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue in 2021. The presence of the new Collision Center serves not only to show Tesla’s commitment to regions with significant EV adoption but also to assist in alleviating the burden on neighboring service centers in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Gilbert, thereby promising reduced wait times and higher service availability for Tesla customers across the West Valley.
