Texas-based designer Kendra Scott, known for her jewelry line, has launched a line of cowboy and cowgirl boots under her Yellow Rose brand. The collection reflects Texas’s style, according to KHOU.
The collection, which leans towards modern Western wear, is Scott's latest addition to her brand, which also includes an augmented reality jewelry try-on feature. It launched in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, featuring leather boots with embroidery that matches Scott's jewelry designs, as reported by CultureMap Austin. The collection is available at the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott boutique in Austin, across from the flagship store, and online. Scott had mentioned the collection earlier in the year with KHOU, and it is now fully available.
Kendra Scott announced her new footwear line, Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott, saying, “When we set out to create Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott, I wanted it to honor the timeless spirit of Texas while also reflecting my admiration for iconic women like Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, and Loretta Lynn.” She continued, "Their influence, alongside our customers’ desire for versatile and authentic footwear, led us to envision Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott as a Western-inspired lifestyle brand offering everything from head to toe," as mentioned by CultureMap Austin. The collection includes two women’s styles and one men’s style, made with cow leather in various colors. Scott also announced her engagement to country singer Zac Brown over the summer.
