Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested Jessie Estrada last Saturday during a routine traffic stop on the 16900 block of Tomball Parkway after he showed signs of intoxication. Estrada failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and registered a blood alcohol content of 0.149, nearly twice the legal limit, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Estrada was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The arrest was confirmed in a post by the Constable's Office on Facebook.
"Jessie Estrada was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Driving While Intoxicated," after authorities found they also had an active misdemeanor warrant from Harris County Precinct 3, with bond set at $100 out of County Court 1, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page.
