Lincoln County Sheriff's Office has reported the arrest of a man from Vale on charges related to child sex crimes. Nolan Kyle Nance, 43, faces a total of sixteen counts of sexual exploitation of a minor following an investigation that began in late September 2025. WCNC informs us that deputies, acting on information from the FBI about a child sex abuse material investigation, conducted a search warrant at Nance's residence on October 1, seizing multiple electronic devices.
Further inquiry into these devices uncovered illegal images, which led to a series of charges against Nance. According to WBTV, he was charged with eight counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a child and eight counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. In a movement that underscores the gravity of these charges, Nance was given a $250,000 secured bond.
