A late-night robbery in Vallejo has left one resident without his loyal English bulldog, Tyson, and the Vallejo Police Department is now appealing to the public for assistance. The incident occurred last Friday around 11:45 PM when two suspects confronted the victim at knifepoint near Marin and Kentucky streets, as per the Vallejo Police Department.
The suspects managed not only to take the victim's wallet containing $100 forcibly but also to make away with his beloved pet. They fled the scene in a white four-door sedan, which was thought to be a Honda Accord. Descriptions of the suspects have been provided: the first, a white male adult, tall, donning a gray hat and sporting long black hair tied into two ponytails, and the second, a Hispanic female adult, darker in complexion, who was seen wearing a black shirt and blue jean shorts. Tyson, meanwhile, is described as a white English bulldog with beige coloring on his back, and notably, he is not microchipped or neutered.
In hopes of quickly reuniting Tyson with his owner, the Vallejo Police Department is offering a $500 reward for information that would lead to the pet's safe recovery.
