"During the week of November 10, yard waste crews will attempt to complete the normal five-day yard waste collection cycle in four days," according to the Town of Wake Forest statement. The crews aim to cover Monday’s and a portion of Wednesday’s route on Monday and Wednesday themselves, and then tackle the remaining Wednesday's route as well as those of Thursday and Friday throughout the remainder of the week. Residents are therefore urged to place their yard waste and loose leaves in separate piles at the curb by 7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, steering clear of mailboxes, utility boxes, poles, and other fixed objects to ensure a smooth collection process.
