In Katy, two individuals robbed a Brinks armored vehicle during a routine money pickup. A Brinks armored vehicle driver was targeted during a daytime robbery, with two masked individuals forcing him to the ground at gunpoint and seizing cash. "The armored vehicle driver was returning to his truck after picking up cash from the store when two men approached," said Detective Ryan Hilz, as authorities continue investigating the incident, as reported by ABC13.

A Hyundai sedan linked to the crime was found at a nearby hotel, and investigators are determining if it was stolen. No arrests have been made, and the HCSO is urging the public to provide any information that could help apprehend the suspects.
