
Baltimore police have arrested in the shooting death that occurred in late September, near Westport in Baltimore. Detectives apprehended 20-year-old Nasaiah Bryan, a Baltimore resident, on charges of first-degree murder for the shooting of 31-year-old Oshay Khalil Smith, as reported by FOX Baltimore.
The incident took place on October 1st, in the 2500 block of Maisel Court, when officers were called to a reported shooting. They arrived around 1:11 p.m. and found Smith with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Smith was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. According to details provided by Baltimore Witness, Bryan turned himself over to police without incident last Friday.
Upon turning himself in at the Baltimore Police Headquarters, Bryan was then transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
