
Yesterday morning, Baltimore police recovered a man's body from the Inner Harbor. As reported by WMAR-2 News, the discovery occurred just before 9 a.m. in the 400 block of Light Street. Though few details have been disclosed by officials at this juncture, they have confirmed that homicide detectives are now spearheading the investigation into this matter.
Emergency responders arrived on the scene following the report of a body in the harbor, according to Fox Baltimore, and the Baltimore Fire Department assisted in the extraction of the deceased, an adult man who was pronounced dead by medics on-site, after which his remains were conveyed to the Medical Examiner’s Office for identification and determination of the cause of death.
