A body was found in northwest Harris County on Wednesday during a search for a missing person, confirmed by Constable Mark Herman. Texas EquuSearch crews discovered it near Cypresswood Drive and Cutten Road, as per KHOU.
Multiple law enforcement agencies responded, and residents were advised to avoid the area. It has not been confirmed if the body is Christophe Giraux, a 60-year-old last seen on November 11.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, police are at the 9600 block of Cypresswood Drive at Cutten Road and have asked the public to stay away. A visitor from France, Giraux, was last seen wearing white pants, a white winter jacket, white sneakers, and carrying a black backpack. Authorities are identifying a body and will provide updates when available.
