The Burke County Sheriff's Office has issued an alert for a man wanted on multiple charges, including drug possession and probation violation. Lucas William Smith, born on August 12, 2001, is currently the subject of several outstanding warrants in Burke County. Officials have so far been unable to locate him.
According to a social media post circulated by the Sheriff’s Office, individuals with knowledge of Smith's whereabouts are encouraged to come forward. The charges detailed in the post include felony possession of fentanyl, possession of a controlled substance in prison or jail premises, two counts of felony probation violation, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
