The authorities are seeking the public's help to find a missing woman, Valissa Toney, who mysteriously vanished on Tuesday, November 4. According to a recent post by the Cleveland Division of Police Facebook page, Toney left her residence on the 3900 block of Storer Ave and has not been seen since.
In the effort to quickly locate the missing individual, the law enforcement has followed up on a lead that Toney may be near the 2600 block of East 71. However, officials have not been able to locate her, as disclosed in the social media statement.
For those who may know something that could help, or may have seen Toney, they're asked to please contact the Cleveland Police.
