According to a Facebook post by the Dallas Police Department, Ms. Sisk has been located and is reported to be safe. The announcement came in the morning, providing a resolution to a situation that had caused much concern among Dallas residents.
Prior to her being found, Ms. Sisk was last seen around 8 p.m. on Sunday, on the 3300 block of Seevers Avenue. Described as a 68-year-old woman standing 5′ 6" tall and weighing 220 pounds, she was wearing, when last seen, a black shirt with yellow writing, blue jeans adorned with rhinestones, and blue shoes. She has grey hair and often wears a blonde wig, and she has black eyes. Walking with a white American bulldog, Ms. Sisk's absence raised immediate alarm.
The Dallas Police Department had issued a plea for public assistance to help find Ms. Sisk, highlighting the urgency of the situation due to her age and the circumstances of her disappearance.
