
The DC Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Janelle Thomas, who was last seen on Thursday last week in the 800 block of Southern Avenue, Southeast. According to a DC Police Department post on X, Thomas was reported missing several days after her last known sighting.

Thomas is described as a Black female, 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds, with medium brown skin, brown eyes, and black hair styled in a bun. She was last seen wearing a pink and black leather coat with fur trim, light blue denim pants, and black furry boots.
