Early Tuesday morning, a school bus transporting students from Deer Park Junior High was involved in a collision near Baytown, Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. According to FOX 26 Houston, the incident took place in the 6000 block of Thompson Road around 8 a.m. and involved another vehicle.
The bus had 31 students and two adults on board when it crashed, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said. No one was reported to have life-threatening injuries, though one student may be taken to the hospital as a precaution, as per FOX 26 Houston.
