The Detroit community is mobilizing in search of 17-year-old Kevin Woods, who vanished from his home on November 8th. According to the Detroit Police Department, Woods left from the 19300 block of Westbrook Street without permission and has not yet been seen since then. The young man was last noted for wearing a white t-shirt, gray jogging pants, and his black ‘Air Force 1’ shoes, ClickOnDetroit reported.
Kevin is 5'11", with brown hair and brown eyes, and weighs between 180 and 190 pounds. His mother shared that he has conversion disorder, anxiety, and depression. Amplifying this urgent search, the Detroit Police Department's Missing unit took to their facebook page, urging the community to lend its eyes and ears. Their post gave no room for doubt: "Please help us find missing Kevin Woods. If you have any information, please call the Detroit Police Department's 8th Precinct."
