The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding 13-year-old Ry’Ann Ramsey, who was reported missing on Monday after leaving her home on the 1300 block of Seward Avenue without permission. Police said she has not returned, prompting concern for her safety, as reported by ClickOnDetroit.
Ry’Ann is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black shirt, and blue jeans, and anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.
According to the Detroit Police Department’s Missing on their Facebook page, the search for Ry'Ann Ramsey involves both law enforcement and social media efforts. The post stated, “Please help us find serious missing Ry'Ann Ramsey,” and provided the 10th Precinct’s contact number at 313-596-1040 for any information. Crime Stoppers is also assisting with an anonymous tip line at 1-800-Speak Up.
