The Detroit Police Department is calling for the public's assistance in locating a missing 12-year-old boy, Lamarr Brandywine. According to ClickOnDetroit, Brandywine has been missing since leaving his home in the 20200 block of Archdale Street last Friday, Nov. 14. He has not been seen since.
Brandywine is described as having black hair, brown eyes, standing 4 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 137 pounds. When he was last seen, he was wearing a distinctive red and white 'Spiderman' hat, along with a black coat and black jeans. The urgency to find the boy is palpable in the community, with residents being urged to come forward with any information that might help.
The search efforts have extended to social media, where the Detroit Police Department's Missing Persons page shared an appeal on Facebook. "Please help us find missing Lamarr Brandywine," the post reads, prompting anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact the 8th Precinct at 313-596-5840.
