The Detroit Police Department is currently seeking the public's assistance in locating Alexander Brooks, a 14-year-old boy reported missing since last Friday, November 7. He was last seen in the 9900 block of Coyle Street in Detroit, according to a news report from ClickOnDetroit.
Described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes, Brooks weighs around 140 pounds and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black sweatpants, and black shoes. Further, he was carrying a red and black 'Paw Patrol' backpack when he left his home without permission and has not made contact with his family since.
The same information was shared by the Detroit Police Department's Missing via a social media post, appealing to anyone with knowledge of Brooks' whereabouts to come forward and contact the Detroit Police Department's 2nd Precinct at 313-596-5240.
