The Elk Grove Police Department has teamed up with the Black Youth Leadership Project for a Thanksgiving event aimed at helping local families in need. We’re proud to once again partner with Black Youth Leadership Project (BYLP) for our 3rd Annual Love Thy Neighbor Turkey Giveaway," inviting the community to join the holiday effort, as reported by the Elk Grove Police Department.
