Euless Family Life Center has opened registration for their Winter Break Camp, designed to cater to children ages 7 to 12. The camp, filled with an array of activities from arts and crafts to heated indoor swimming, promises to be a fun-filled option for parents looking to balance the leisure and structure for their kids during the holiday season.
Running on selected dates from December 22 until January 2, the camp operates daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. According to the City of Euless, camp attendees are required to pack a lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle for each day.
The camp fee is set at $40 per day for residents and $50 for nonresidents. As an incentive, families registering for the entire session can benefit from a discount equating to two free days, totaling $200 for residents and $250 for non-residents. This structured pricing aligns with the center's effort to encourage community participation and early sign-ups.
With spaces limited, the center emphasizes a first-come, first-served policy – a nudge for parents to act swiftly and secure a spot for their children. Parents seeking more information or wishing to register can reach out to Holden Garner at 817-685-1871 or send an email to [email protected]. Early registration is highly recommended, as the camp has historically been prone to quick fill-ups. A blend of creativity and physical activity, the Winter Break Camp at Euless Family Life Center appears to be a solution for keeping young ones actively engaged during the school hiatus.
