Jason Ortiz Arriola is identified as a Filipino male, standing 5'10", and weighing 205 lbs. He is bald with brown eyes, and was last seen sporting a dark gray hooded sweatshirt, black Nike Tech pants, and a faded camo beanie. His footwear was described as gray/black/white Nike running shoes, and he was noted to be riding a blue and red Trek mountain bike. Out of the ordinary, Mr. Arriola's arms are distinguished by sleeves of tattoos featuring an array of designs, including cartoon characters of DC Avengers superheroes, flowers, child portraits, a dragon, and various names.
The last confirmed sighting of Mr. Arriola was captured on a home security camera as he left his residence near the intersection of Cement Hill Road and Claybank Road in Fairfield, California. The timestamp on the footage reads approximately 4:20 PM last Monday.
