A 17-year-old girl has vanished from San Antonio’s far West Side, and Bexar County deputies are asking for the public’s help to find her. Authorities say Sarayah Jones was reported missing Sunday and was last seen around noon near the 1900 block of Pillard Summit. She is described as about 5 feet 5 inches tall and roughly 120 pounds, with brown hair and dark eyes. When she was last seen, investigators say she was wearing a black hoodie with a white North Face logo, blue jeans and white shoes, according to KENS5.
What deputies say
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office told KENS5 that Jones was carrying a Barnes & Noble tote and a Victoria’s Secret duffel bag when she disappeared. Investigators believe she may be with a 16-year-old boyfriend.
Deputies also warned that anyone who conceals or harbors the teen could face criminal charges, and they are stressing that people who know something should come forward.
Last known location
Jones was last spotted in the Arcadia Ridge area on the far West Side, near Loop 1604 and Lackland Air Force Base. The 1900 block of Pillard Summit is part of that neighborhood, according to JBGoodwin.
Deputies are asking neighbors and nearby businesses to review doorbell and security camera footage and to report any possible sightings so investigators can follow up quickly.
