Folsom’s Fiscal Year 2023/24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has earned the top honor in governmental accounting and financial reporting. An independent panel reviewed the report, which covers the year ending June 30, 2024, and found it met the GFOA’s high standards for clarity and full disclosure.
