In an incident that disrupted the evening commute, fire crews worked to assist the victims involved. According to a social media post by the Folsom Fire Department, upon their arrival, the fire personnel assessed the occupants of the vehicles and provided necessary medical care.
As they were extricating a patient from their vehicle, an emergency unfolded that demanded the full extent of their training and expertise. Two patients, in the end, were transported to local area hospitals with injuries.
