Texas Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Clinton "Clint" Davis, Henderson County attorney, to the 173rd Judicial District Court in Henderson County. Davis will serve through December 31, 2026, or until a successor is appointed, according to a Office of the Texas Governor press release.
Davis is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Federalist Society, and the Henderson County Bar Association. He is also active in the community, serving as vice president of Family Circle of Care, board president of the Family Peace Project, Inc., and participating in Kiwanis International.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston.
