Authorities in Harris County stopped Jesse Cummings for speeding last Saturday in the 400 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway W., where deputies observed signs of intoxication and administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests that confirmed impairment. This was not Cummings' first offense, as he had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Jesse Cummings was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated," a statement from Constable Mark Herman confirmed, with bond set at $100 out of County Court 11. Cummings has prior DWI offenses, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
