Authorities in Harris County are seeking two women caught on camera stealing merchandise valued at around $733 from the Ulta Beauty store along Northwest Freeway last Friday. The suspects are described as two white females, with one having noticeable tattoos on her right arm, both upper and lower, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Constable Deputies urge anyone with information to come forward. “If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, deputies are investigating while using social media and the "C4 NOW" app to share updates. The page posts crime reports, arrests, safety tips, and traffic information, and the app provides live local safety updates. The two suspects are still at large.
