The driver, identified as Alan Mireles, displayed signs of impairment during the encounter with law enforcement officials, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the report from the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Mireles refused to fully cooperate by declining to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. This refusal prompted the authorities to obtain a search warrant to securely collect a blood sample for testing. Mireles was subsequently arrested and faced charges related to driving under the influence.
