During a routine patrol in Harris County, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of a driver on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The stop occurred in the 9400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road W on Wednesday, 2025. The driver, identified as Alan Mireles, displayed signs of impairment during the encounter with law enforcement officials, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the report from the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Mireles refused to fully cooperate by declining to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Mireles was subsequently arrested and faced charges related to driving under the influence.
The incident was publicized through the office's official Facebook page, which urged the community to follow for live updates on traffic incidents and public safety news.
