
Ruben Wells was arrested last Saturday in Harris County for driving while intoxicated after deputies found him asleep at the wheel on the 11900 block of TC Jester. Precinct 4’s official Facebook page reported that deputies observed signs of intoxication and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, as mentioned by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Wells, who has three prior DWI convictions, now faces another charge for the same offense, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Deputies noted that his arrest prevented a potential accident on the road.
"Ruben Wells was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense," according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page.
