Violence erupted on the quiet streets of a Harris County community last week when a routine mail delivery turned into a confrontation between a local resident and law enforcement officers. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Facebook page, a deputy responded to an assault call on the 3100 block of Cimarron Pass Drive on November 7, where a USPS worker became the target of a resident's aggressive behavior.

Charged with Harassment of a Public Servant and Assault on a Police Officer, Foreman was arrested and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail.
