The City of Henderson is gearing up to offer a unique shopping experience with their Henderson Shop Small event slated for Saturday, November 29. In partnership with the Water Street District Business Association and Vegas Events and More, the event aims to spotlight over 100 local vendors from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Water Street Plaza.
As the holiday season approaches, attendees of the free event can bypass the typical retail frenzy and, instead support local artists, crafters, and food vendors. A variety of handmade goods and one-of-a-kind gifts will be available, providing an opportunity for shoppers to find something special for their loved ones. According to an announcement on the City of Henderson's official website, visitors can also enjoy live entertainment and activities for children.
In addition to the market, the Water Street District's small businesses are offering special deals and promotions to mark Small Business Saturday. This initiative underlines the importance of supporting local economies and the unique character that these businesses bring to Henderson. Free treats such as hot cocoa and kettle corn will be offered, adding to the festive atmosphere, and a special visit from Santa Claus is expected to be a highlight for the younger crowd.
