Herman Precinct 4 has upgraded its fleet with new Ford Explorers, featuring advanced onboard computers, in-car video systems, radar, and enhanced safety and lighting equipment to improve response times and patrol effectiveness. The first vehicles have arrived, with striping and marking scheduled for the coming week, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
In addition, the precinct is launching the “C4 NOW” mobile app, providing residents with updates on crimes, arrests, and traffic conditions.
