A neighborhood dispute over tree limbs escalated to a gun-pointing incident in the 6200 block of Kristen Park Lane, prompting law enforcement intervention. According to the Facebook page of Constable Mark Herman’s Office, deputies responded to a reported disturbance on November 20, 2025. The altercation began as a verbal argument between neighbors, but turned dangerous when one of the parties, identified as Martin Okonzak, allegedly entered his residence and emerged with a handgun, which he aimed at the complainant.
The deputies were able to bring the situation under control quickly detaining Okonzak, and recovering the handgun without any additional complications, the face-off between the neighbors could have easily taken a tragic turn but fortunately, it did not escalate beyond threats. "Martin Okonzak was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon," as stated the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, indicating that the accused is currently awaiting bond out of the 209th District Court.
