An incident in the 13900 block of Mandolin Drive led to an arrest for aggravated assault and retaliation. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, Precinct 4 deputies were dispatched in response to a distress call.
Deputy Moore was the first to engage a male suspect accused of threatening a family member. During the encounter, the suspect also made threats against Deputy Moore. Deputy Moore was able to take the suspect into custody without further incident. The suspect now faces charges of aggravated assault and retaliation.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. The Constable’s Office provides updates through social media and the “C4 NOW” mobile app, including information on crime, arrests, safety, and traffic incidents. The identity of the arrested suspect has not been released while legal proceedings continue.
