Last Thursday, Harris County Deputies stopped Michael Parr on the 9500 block of W Sam Houston Parkway N during a routine traffic patrol. He was arrested on charges of Driving While Intoxicated after showing signs of impairment, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed Parr was under the influence. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.192, more than double the legal limit, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, "Michael Parr was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated."
