
Authorities have charged 41-year-old Edwin Leonel Caal Gill with the murder of 50-year-old Gerardo Villalobos Salgado, who was fatally shot last Friday at 3107 Blalock Road in Houston. Salgado was found inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics, according to the City of Houston.
The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, led by Detectives H. Martinez and L. Brooks, identified Caal Gill as the suspect following their investigation. Charges were filed against him on Thursday, but he remains at large, as reported by the City of Houston.
The City of Houston is asking the public to help locate Caal Gill, who is wanted in connection with a case. A booking photo of Gill has been released.
