An incident was prevented last night through the prompt actions of Deputy Turnier and personnel from Constable Mark Herman’s Office. According to a social media post, they located a driver who appeared to be intoxicated and was found asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at 10600 Gessner Dr.
The Constable’s team continued with standard procedures after the situation was under control. A follow-up investigation led to the incident being classified as a DWI. This classification was made in accordance with the requirements for handling cases of this nature.
