According to CultureMap Houston, the 76th Annual H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade will feature elaborate floats, performances, and continuous entertainment. Meanwhile, Rice Village is opening its first ice-skating rink, Ice Village, which includes a Santa’s workshop, a 24-foot Christmas tree, and a holiday market with local vendors. The themed nights and opportunities to skate with Santa will be available through January 4.

The Alley Theatre is presenting a new adaptation of A Christmas Carol, with Victorian costumes, special effects, dancing, and holiday music. For a musical throwback, 98 Degrees will perform in Sugar Land alongside O-Town, reviving hits from their peak pop era.
EZ’s Liquor Lounge is hosting a Thanksgiving potluck, inviting guests to bring a dish or simply enjoy the gathering. Meanwhile, Erykah Badu will mark the 25th anniversary of her album Mama’s Gun with a live performance of the full album, which AOL described as a neo-soul classic.
