A routine call about a trespasser at Uptown Cheapskate on Spring Stuebner Road in Houston led deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office to discover illegal activity. Tiffany Smith was found on the property without permission and in possession of crystal methamphetamine, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported on their Facebook page that the investigation confirmed both trespassing and drug possession. "Tiffany Smith was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance," with bond and court information not yet released.
