
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating 71-year-old Thomas Carter, who has gone missing. According to a JSO social media post, Carter, who has dementia, was last seen leaving his home on Parental Home Boulevard near Beach Boulevard.

The JSO described him in their social media post as 5’10”, 150 pounds, with green eyes, gray hair, and a long beard. He was last seen wearing a maroon baseball hat, a black Jaguars jacket, black pajama pants with gold skeletons, and black tennis shoes.
The Sheriff’s Office has appealed to the public, asking anyone with information about Carter’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 904-630-0500. They also encouraged people to help spread the information by sharing the notice widely.
