
The National Weather Service says Jacksonville will see light fog before mostly sunny weather for much of the week. According to the NWS, today’s fog should clear by 9 a.m., leading to mostly sunny skies with a high near 82°F. Fog may form again after 4 a.m. tonight, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures dropping to around 60°F.
Fog followed by sunshine is expected again on Monday. Light fog should lift before 8 a.m., leading to mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the upper 70s. Northeast winds may reach up to 20 mph. Fog may return after 4 a.m. Monday night.
As midweek approaches, the NWS expects weather conditions similar to previous days. Light fog should clear before 7 a.m. on Tuesday, followed by partly sunny skies and high temperatures in the low 80s. Winds will be calm, shifting from the south at 5 to 7 mph. Tuesday night will be mostly cloudy, with light fog possible after 4 a.m. and temperatures around 62°F.
A similar pattern is expected on Wednesday, with fog clearing before 7 a.m. and mostly sunny conditions pushing temperatures into the mid-80s. Weather will become slightly cooler on Thanksgiving Day. The NWS forecasts a mostly sunny Thursday with highs near 67°F, followed by a cool night with lows in the mid-40s. Moving into the weekend, Jacksonville is expected to see sunny days and mild nights, with Saturday bringing breezy conditions and highs near 69°F.
