A juvenile was killed and three others were seriously injured following a single-vehicle crash in Ross County, Ohio, early yesterday morning. According to 10TV, the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) responded to a report of a crash on Black Run Road, roughly one mile west of State Route 772, at approximately 7:30 a.m.

The driver, identified by ABC 6 as 27-year-old Christian Griesheimer of Chillicothe, was driving a 2020 Toyota Corolla containing four juveniles when the vehicle departed from the roadway, resulting in a collision with roadside objects, including a tree and a concrete retaining wall.

All five occupants were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, where one juvenile passenger was pronounced dead. OSHP disclosed that Mr. Griesheimer and two of the surviving youths suffered serious injuries.

Authorities are investigating the incident, and the crash scene also saw the involvement of multiple local emergency services, including the Ross County Sheriff’s Office, as well as organizations from Bainbridge, Huntington Township, Union Township, Scioto Township, and the Veterans Affairs Fire Department.
