K9 Rambo, also called “Tom Ramsey,” helped arrest two suspects after a wrong-way crash in Harris County. According to a social media post, the incident happened in the 8900 block of W. New Harmony Drive. After the suspects’ car crashed, they ran on foot, but K9 Rambo followed their trail and found them hiding in a nearby wooded area.
The Constable’s Office highlighted the role of K9 units in law enforcement and encouraged the public to stay informed through their social media channels and the "C4 NOW" mobile app. The app provides live updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents. The office regularly posts information to help keep the community aware and safe.
With the individuals now in custody, the Constable’s Office confirmed that those responsible for the wrong-way crash will face legal consequences.
