Scheduled to unfold this week, the event promises the presence of myriad service providers, including Family Life Center, Catholic Charities Hawai‘i, and Kaua‘i Economic Opportunity – among others. Direct assistance will be available from Today through Thursday at different locations from Līhu‘e to Kapa‘a, between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., making these sessions readily accessible for those in need.
Specialized support won't be in short supply with entities such as the Kaua‘i Island Fentanyl Task Force, Life Choices, and Ho‘ola Lāhui Hawai‘i on the ground to address specific issues and challenges. According to the Kauai County announcement, first responders, like the Kauai Fire Department, and educational experts from the Department of Education will also be on deck to provide vital resources and share important information with participants.
