Kent, WA—A homicide investigation is underway after police officers responded to reports of gunfire at a local park and ride lot. According to a social media post from the Kent Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Lincoln Park and Ride lot at 900 W James St on November 23rd around 8:46 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found an adult male with multiple wounds. Despite immediate life-saving attempts by officers and Puget Sound Fire personnel, the victim succumbed to their wounds at the scene.
