
A 21-year-old man has been apprehended in connection with a robbery that transpired at a Dunkin' store in Linthicum. FOX Baltimore reported that the incident occurred last Saturday, around 7:30 p.m., when the suspect allegedly entered the storefront, physically assaulted an employee, and forcibly seized money from the cash register before escaping.
After the crime, law enforcement was swiftly on the scene. The officers who arrived at the 1600 block of W. Nursery Road matched a person walking on Andover Road to the description of the suspect after responding to the robbery call. A Linthicum Heights resident, Omarie Jarell Reid, was the individual positively identified and taken into custody, according to DC News Now.
In a statement released after the event, police provided details indicating that the suspect made away on foot after the assault and theft. Reid, who resides locally, now faces charges for his purported role in this violent encounter.
